Hello everyone! I am starting this blog because I have 3 VERY bored children at home with me! Since school is out all over this great nation, I wanted to find a fun way to get my kids involved in my blogging world!

And, to do that, I started this new blog! Crafts and Activities for Kids will have super fun and sometimes educational things for your kids to do during this difficult time.

There will be fun crafts, free printables and maybe some freebies included in this blog. I will also be hosting giveaways from time to time to help ease the boredom we are all starting to feel creep up on us!

There are only so many things you can do to entertain your children. So, hopefully, this blog will encourage your kids to stay active doing arts, crafts and other fun things, during their days at home.

The first craft that is up is these super easy and ever-so-cut lavender handmade little bunny soaps! You can buy everything from Amazon.com! With Easter this weekend, I thought these would be a great craft to start off with!

Handmade Little Bunny Soaps

Ingredients/Supplies:
● 1 pound Shea Butter Melt & Pour Soap Base
● 4 drops Lavender Soap Colorant
● 20 drops Lavender Essential Oil
● Bunny Soap/Candy Mold
● Large Pyrex measuring cup
● Wooden stir stick
Directions:
● Melt the soap in the microwave for 30 seconds. If not fully melted, put on for 10-second intervals until completely melted.
● Add the soap colorant and essential oil. Stir well.
● Pour into Soap Mold. Spray lightly with rubbing alcohol to reduce bubbles.
● Let stand for about 2 hours, then remove from the mold.
Such a fun thing to make! These cute handmade little bunny soaps would be the perfect Easter gift to give!
Let me know if you make these handmade little bunny soaps with your kids! I want to know how they turned out!
Happy Crafting!
